Fear has been one of my greatest teachers.

When I was two years old, I survived a severe burn accident. While the scars eventually healed, the deeper imprint remained. My nervous system learned that the world wasn’t always safe, and for many years fear quietly shaped how I thought, how I felt, and how I moved through life.

I know what it’s like to live with fear—not as an idea, but as a lived experience.

For a long time, I believed freedom meant overcoming fear. I searched for ways to silence it, control it, or leave it behind. But every path eventually led me to the same realisation:

Fear isn’t something to defeat.

It’s something to understand.

The moment we stop resisting fear and begin listening to it, something profound begins to change.

Fear becomes a doorway.

It points us towards the parts of ourselves that have been wounded, protected, forgotten, or left behind. It asks us to meet ourselves with honesty instead of judgement, curiosity instead of avoidance, and compassion instead of control.

That understanding transformed my life, and it became the foundation of my work.

Today, I help people who feel trapped by anxiety, trauma, spiritual awakening, psychedelic experiences, or life’s unexpected challenges. My role isn’t to remove fear from your life.

Fear has its place.

My role is to help you transform your relationship with it so that it no longer dictates the direction of your life.

When fear is understood, it loses its grip.

When it is met with awareness rather than resistance, it begins to reveal the strength, wisdom, and resilience that have always existed beneath it.

My approach draws from years of therapeutic practice, personal healing, contemplative inquiry, and working alongside people navigating profound transformation. While every person’s journey is unique, one truth has remained constant:

  • The obstacles we resist often become the very pathways that lead us home to ourselves.

  • I don’t believe healing is about becoming someone different.

  • I believe it’s about remembering who you are beneath the fear.

  • If you’re standing at a threshold in your life—whether you’re facing anxiety, recovering from trauma, integrating a life-changing experience, or simply sensing that something deeper is calling—you don’t have to walk that path alone.

It would be an honour to walk beside you.

my journey

Growing up in Malawi, Central Africa, I was fortunate to spend my childhood immersed in nature. It was a place of wide-open landscapes, curiosity, adventure, and freedom—where the natural world quietly became my first teacher.

Yet beneath the surface, something within me never felt fully at ease.

Although I had no conscious memory of the burn accident I survived as a young child, its imprint remained. My body remembered what my mind could not. I grew up deeply sensitive, painfully shy, and quietly carrying fears I couldn’t explain. Looking back, I can see that these experiences weren’t obstacles to my path—they were the beginning of it.

Rather than turning away from fear, life gradually invited me to turn towards it.

That invitation led me on a lifelong journey of self-discovery, healing, and inner exploration. Through years of therapeutic practice, spiritual inquiry, and personal transformation, I came to understand that fear is rarely something to eliminate. More often, it is asking us to pause, listen, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been waiting to be seen.

In 2021, that search for healing took me to Peru, where I participated in an ayahuasca ceremony with the hope of deepening my understanding and releasing unresolved childhood trauma. Instead, the experience unfolded in a way I could never have anticipated. Following a near-death experience during my first ceremony, I faced one of the most challenging periods of my life.

The years that followed became another profound initiation.

Healing from that experience required patience, humility, and a willingness to question everything I thought I knew about healing, consciousness, and the human spirit. It taught me that transformation cannot be forced, and that genuine healing often asks for presence rather than pursuit.

Today, I carry deep respect for the complexity of spiritual experiences and the importance of careful integration. My own journey has given me a unique understanding of what it means to navigate fear, uncertainty, and profound change while remaining grounded in everyday life.

These experiences also awakened a deep curiosity about the nature of consciousness, the mysteries of our existence, and the stories we inherit about who we are. They continue to inspire me to explore the relationship between psychology, spirituality, nature, and the human capacity to heal.

Everything I have lived has shaped the way I work today.

I don’t guide people because I have all the answers.

I guide them because I know what it is like to walk through fear, to question everything, and to slowly discover that within our greatest challenges lies the possibility of profound transformation.

My role is not to lead you away from fear.

It is to walk beside you as you discover the wisdom waiting on the other side of it.

Experience & Education

Over the past two decades, I have devoted myself to understanding the many ways fear, trauma, and life experiences shape who we become. Alongside my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I have trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Clinical Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Access Bars®, each offering valuable perspectives on the relationship between the mind, body, and emotions.

While these approaches have enriched my practice, I have come to believe that no single technique creates lasting transformation.

What matters most is the quality of presence we bring to the healing journey.

My work is guided as much by lived experience as it is by professional training. Having walked through my own experiences of trauma, fear, and profound personal transformation, I understand that healing is rarely a straight path. It asks for patience, courage, compassion, and a willingness to meet ourselves with honesty.

People often tell me they feel deeply seen and understood in our work together. My natural inclination is to listen beneath the words—to notice the patterns, emotions, and unspoken stories that shape a person’s experience. This intuitive way of working allows me to meet each individual where they are, without judgement and without rushing the process.

I don’t believe that people need fixing.

I believe they need the space, support, and guidance to reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within them.

My role is to walk beside you, drawing on both professional knowledge and lived experience, as you transform your relationship with fear and discover a deeper sense of clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

Every journey is unique.

Together, we create a path that honours yours.
